As a hungry golden eagle guards its prey, a bobcat lingers in the background.
The bobcat knows that in order to steal the eagle’s prey, it’s going to have to take the bird out first.
In an impressive move, the eagle barely escapes as the bobcat makes an impressive leap into the air to grab it.
Once the eagle is out of the way, the bobcat is able to steal and devour the kill. At least the eagle escaped with his life!

Bobcats are fierce hunters, and can kill prey much larger than their own size. However, they generally prey upon smaller animals like rabbits, mice, squirrels, and birds.
