Homotherium

Homotherium was one of the most adaptable cats of the prehistoric era. It lived in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. It survived for five million years before going extinct 10,000 years ago. With long fore legs and shorter hind legs, it likely looked and behaved much like a hyena, even living and hunting in packs.
