The incredible moment was caught on camera by photographer Richard Peters during a guided wildlife tour in Yellowstone National Park.
He shared the video on Twitter with the caption “Bison may look slow but they’re surprisingly quick when they want to be!”
They were lucky the large beast didn’t choose to actually charge at them. The people in the video below were not as lucky…
